  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to protection of water

  3         resources; repealing ss. 373.616, 373.6161,

  4         F.S., relating to liberal construction and

  5         enforcement of state laws relating to the

  6         protection of water resources under ch. 373,

  7         F.S.; providing an effective date.

  8

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Sections 373.616 and 373.6161, Florida

12  Statutes, are repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.

      Repeals requirements that state laws relating to the
19    protection of water resources under ch. 373, F.S., and
      the enforcement of those laws, be liberally construed.
