  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the University of West

  3         Florida and Florida Atlantic University;

  4         authorizing a bachelor of science degree

  5         program in nursing at the University of West

  6         Florida; authorizing a master of social work

  7         degree program at Florida Atlantic University;

  8         providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  A bachelor of science degree program in

13  nursing is authorized at the University of West Florida.

14         Section 2.  A master of social work degree program is

15  authorized at Florida Atlantic University.

16         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
