15 remove from the bill: all of said lines,

17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 Section 2. Costs attributable to increases in
19 retirement accrual rates for January 1, 1997, through December
20 31, 2001, for members of the Special Risk Class of the Florida
21 Retirement System shall be funded by means of a lump sum from
22 the excess actuarial assets of the Florida Retirement System
23 Trust Fund in the amount of $2,739,759.
