  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; expressing the

  3         Legislature's intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to the certification of election

  5         results; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to the certification of election results.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
