13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 18, lines 5-11, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (5)  For the purpose of this section, "agricultural
18  purposes" means the science and art of the production of
19  plants and animals useful to humans, including to a variable
20  extent the preparation of these products for human use and
21  their disposal by marketing or otherwise, and includes, but it
22  not limited to, aquaculture; horticulture; floriculture;
23  viticulture; forestry; dairy; livestock; poultry; bees; bee;
24  pisciculture, when the land is used principally for the
25  production of tropical fish; aquaculture; sod farming; and all
26  forms of farm products and farm production. It also includes
27  seafood for the purpose of marketing and promotional
28  activities.
