14 On page 1, between lines 17 & 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 1. Paragraph (e) is added to subsection (3) of
18 section 193.461, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 193.461 Agricultural lands; classification and
20 assessment; mandated eradication or quarantine program.--

22 (e) In a charter county with a population of 1.6
23 million or more, which is not a county defined under
24 125.011(1), land which has received an agricultural
25 classification without regard to the production of a product,
26 including, but not limited to, commercial horse farms which
27 board, train, or rehabilitate horses shall be entitled to
28 receive in any subsequent year such classification until such
29 land is diverted to nonagricultural use.
