17         Section 1.  Section 163.2524, Florida Statutes, is
18  created to read:
19         163.2524  Revitalization manual.--The Department of
20  Community Affairs shall create and compile a single document,
21  available on the Internet, that lists and cross-references all
22  existing and future revitalization tools, resources, training,
23  and programs. The department is directed to coordinate with
24  state and federal agencies in the compilation of this
25  document.
