15 On page 2, line 22, through
16 page 3, line 5, delete those lines

18 and insert: filing. Each district school board shall develop
19 policies and procedures to comply with this reporting
20 requirement. The policies and procedures must include
21 appropriate penalties for nonreporting for all personnel of
22 the district school board and procedures for promptly
23 informing the superintendent of schools of each legally
24 sufficient complaint. The superintendent of schools is charged
25 with knowledge of these policies and procedures. If the
26 superintendent of schools has knowledge of a legally
27 sufficient complaint and does not report the legally
28 sufficient complaint, or if the superintendent fails to
29 enforce the policies and procedures of the district school
30 board and fails to comply with the requirements of this
31 subsection, in addition to other actions against a
