14 On page 186, lines 4-21,
15 remove from the amendment: all of said lines,

17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 627.0915 Rate filings; workers' compensation,
19 drug-free workplace, and safe employers.--The Department of
20 Insurance shall approve rating plans for workers' compensation
21 insurance that give specific identifiable consideration in the
22 setting of rates to employers that either implement a
23 drug-free workplace program pursuant to rules adopted by the
24 Division of Workers' Compensation of the Department of Labor
25 and Employment Security or implement a safety program pursuant
26 to provisions of the rating plan approved by the Division of
27 Safety pursuant to rules adopted by the Division of Safety of
28 the Department of Labor and Employment Security or implement
29 both a drug-free workplace program and a safety program. The
30 Division of Safety may by rule require that the client of a
31 help supply services company comply with the essential

1 requirements of a workplace safety program as a condition for
2 receiving a premium credit. The plans must take effect January
3 1, 1994, must be actuarially sound, and must state the savings
4 anticipated to result from such drug-testing and safety
5 programs.
