15 On page 16, between lines 9 and 10 of the bill

17 insert:
18 Section 8. Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of s.
19 28.101, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20 (1) When a party petitions for a dissolution of
21 marriage, in addition to the filing charges in s. 28.241, the
22 clerk shall collect and receive:
23 (c) A charge of $36$18. On a monthly basis, the clerk
24 shall transfer the moneys collected pursuant to this paragraph
25 to the State Treasury for deposit in the Domestic Violence
26 Trust Fund. Such funds which are generated shall be directed
27 to the Department of Children and Family Services for the
28 specific purpose of funding domestic violence centers.
