  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to student financial

  3         assistance; expressing an intent to amend laws

  4         relating to student financial assistance;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to amend laws

10  relating to student financial assistance.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
