17  insert:  Such bona fide organization, as a condition of
18  adoption, must provide sterilization of greyhounds by a
19  licensed veterinarian before relinquishing custody of the
20  greyhound to the adopter. The fee for sterilization may be
21  included in the cost of adoption.
