18         Section 1.  The Office of Program Policy Analysis and
19  Government Accountability (OPPAGA) shall conduct a study
20  comparing the cost of managing construction projects for
21  municipalities, school boards, school districts, authorities,
22  other political subdivisions, and community colleges by the
23  Department of Management Services pursuant to s. 255.31(3),
24  F.S., to the cost of contracting with another public or
25  private provider.  The study shall be completed by January 1,
26  2002.
