  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; creating the

  3         Voting Integrity Act; providing an effective

  4         date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  This act may be cited as the "Voting

  9  Integrity Act."

10         Section 2.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to safeguard the integrity of the voting process.

12         Section 3.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2002.
