17 Section 3. Subsection (9) of section 163.3244, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 163.3244 Sustainable communities demonstration
20 project.--
21 (9) This section shall stand repealed on June 30, 2002
22 2001, and shall be reviewed by the Legislature prior to that
23 date.
