13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 10, between lines 16 and 17,

16 insert: This subsection shall not apply to:
17 (a) A transfer to a relative or an insider of the
18 judgment debtor, as such are defined at s. 726.102:
19 (b) A fraudulent transfer, as defined by either s.
20 726.105, or by U.S.C. 548;
21 (c) A fraudulent asset conversion as defined by s.
22 222.30; or
23 (d) Twenty-five percent of the transfer of goods by a
24 judgment debtor the value of which, in the aggregate, exceeds
25 $10,000;
26 (e) Fifty percent of the transfer of goods by a
27 judgment debtor the value of which, in the aggregate, exceeds
28 $20,000;
29 (f) Seventy-five percent of the transfer of goods by a
30 judgment debtor the value of which, in the aggregate, exceeds
31 $25,000;
