  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Black Business

  3         Investment Board; expressing the intent of the

  4         Legislature to enact organizational or

  5         programmatic changes to the board; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact organizational or programmatic changes to the Black

12  Business Investment Board, as part of the ongoing effort by

13  the Legislature to conserve public resources and improve the

14  efficiency of state government.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
