  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the state budgetary process;

  3         declaring legislative intent to revise laws

  4         relating to the state budgetary process;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to the preparation of the state budget.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
