Explanation:
Reduces the General Revenue transfer to the State Transportation Trust Fund
by $22 million (which then eliminates $9 million from the State
Transportation Trust Fund to Relocate Airport - Panama City and reduces
Metro Parkway Extention (SR 739) from $15 million to $2 million from the
State Transportation Trust Fund) to provide $22 million for Home and
Community Services Long Term Care Options.
