Explanation:
Adds language to Section 29 regarding Human Resources Outsourcing that
directs the Agency for Workforce Innovation to assist displaced state
employees resulting from the outsourcing of the human resources services.

In Section 29, On Page 343, add to existing language


The Agency for Workforce Innovation, through its existing programs,
shall provide all available assistance to any state employee who is
displaced as a result of the outsourcing of the human resource services.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
