  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act making appropriations; providing moneys

  3         for the annual period beginning July 1, 2001,

  4         and ending June 30, 2002, to pay salaries, and

  5         other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, and

  6         other improvements, and for other specified

  7         purposes of the various agencies of State

  8         government; providing supplemental

  9         appropriations to meet Medicaid shortfalls;

10         providing an effective date.
