14 On page 54, between lines 8&9 of the bill

17 Section 30. Subsection (6) of Section 11.90, Florida
18 Statutes, is created to read:
19 (6)The Commission shall review information resource
20 management needs identified in agency long-range program plans
21 for consistency with the State Annual Report on Enterprise
22 Resource Planning and Management and statewide policies
23 adopted by the State Technology Office. The Commission shall
24 also review all proposed budget amendments associated with
25 information technology.
