17 Section 10. Paragraph (1) of section 483.245, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 483.245 Rebates prohibited; penalties.--
20 (1) It is unlawful for any person to pay or receive
21 any commission, bonus, kickback, or rebate or engage in any
22 split-fee arrangement in any form whatsoever with any magnetic
23 resonance imaging service, physician, surgeon, organization,
24 agency, or person, either directly or indirectly, for patients
25 referred to a clinical laboratory licensed under this part.
