21 (4) Effective January 1, 2002, a professional guardian
22 must register with the Statewide Public Guardianship Office
23 established in part IX of this chapter.
24 (a) The Statewide Public Guardianship Office may
25 contract with the Florida State Guardianship Association to
26 perform the administrative functions associated with
27 registering professional guardians.
28 (b) Annual registration shall be made on forms
29 furnished by the Statewide Public Guardianship Office and
30 accompanied by the applicable registration fee, not to exceed
31 $25, as determined by rule. Such
