15 On page 2, between lines 30 and 31 of the amendment

17 insert:
18 (e) A trust company incorporated under the laws of
19 this state, a state banking corporation or state savings
20 association authorized and qualified to exercise fiduciary
21 powers in this state, or a national banking association or
22 federal savings and loan association authorized and qualified
23 to exercise fiduciary powers in this state, may, but shall not
24 be required to, register as a professional guardian under this
25 subsection.
