14 Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 12, between lines 28 & 29, of the bill

17 insert:
18 Section 9. The Board of Nursing within the Department
19 of Health shall hold in abeyance until July 1, 2002, the
20 development of any rule pursuant to s. 464.019(2), Florida
21 Statutes, which relates to the establishment of
22 faculty/student clinical ratios. The Board of Nursing and the
23 Department of Education shall submit to the President of the
24 Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by
25 December 31, 2001, an implementation plan that details both
26 the impact and the cost of any such proposed rule change.

5 requiring the Board of Nursing and the
