  2         An act relating to the Manatee County Fire

  3         Prevention Code Enforcement Board and the

  4         Manatee County Fire Marshal Appeals Board;

  5         amending section 3 of chapter 85-461, Laws of

  6         Florida, as amended; providing a revised date

  7         of repeal; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Section 3 of chapter 85-461, Laws of

12  Florida, as amended by chapters 86-387, 91-387, and 96-446,

13  Laws of Florida, is amended to read:

14         Section 3.  This act shall be repealed on July 1, 2006

15  2001.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
