  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Uniform

  3         Balloting Act; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to enact a Florida Uniform Balloting

  5         Act; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact a Florida

10  Uniform Balloting Act.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
