10 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12 Section 1. Subsections (1), (2), (4), (5), (6), (7),
13 (9), (10), (11), (13), (15), (17), (18), and (20) of section
14 26.031, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
15 26.031 Judicial circuits; number of judges.--The
16 number of circuit judges in each circuit shall be as follows:

5 of said section is renumbered as subsection (43) and amended,
6 and subsections (14) through (43) of said section are
7 renumbered as subsections (13) through (42), respectively, to
8 read:

Provides for 30 additional circuit court judges and 14
4 additional county court judges to be appointed by the
Governor. Provides that the appointed judges shall take
