14 On page 6, between lines 8 and 9,

16 insert:
17 Section 6. Paragraph (aa) is added to subsection (1)
18 of section 456.072, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 456.072 Grounds for discipline; penalties;
20 enforcement.--
21 (1) The following acts shall constitute grounds for
22 which the disciplinary actions specified in subsection (2) may
23 be taken:
24 (aa) Failing to provide in any advertisement or
25 failing to post a notice in the practitioner's office stating
26 the type of license under which the practitioner is operating,
27 if the practitioner is board certified and the name of any
28 such board, and all fields in which the practitioner has
29 completed postgraduate training. This section shall not apply
30 to practitioners while providing services in facilities
31 licensed pursuant to chapter 395 or chapter 400, Florida
