11  The Council for Smarter Government offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, line 15,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 1.  Paragraph (d) of subsection (2) and
18  subsection (11) of section 420.5092, Florida Statutes, are
19  amended to read:
20         420.5092  Florida Affordable Housing Guarantee
21  Program.--
22         (2)  As used in this section, the term:
23         (d)  "Eligible housing" means any real and personal
24  property designed and intended for the primary purpose of
25  providing decent, safe, and sanitary residential units for
26  homeownership or rental for eligible persons, including
27  specifically housing for the homeless, as determined by the
28  corporation pursuant to rule.
29         (11)  The maximum total amount of revenue bonds that
30  may be issued by the corporation pursuant to subsection (5) is
31  $400 $200 million.

 4  remove from the title of the bill:  all of said lines

 6  and insert in lieu thereof:
 7         An act relating to housing; amending s.
 8         420.5092, F.S.; including housing for the
 9         homeless in eligible housing under the Florida
10         Affordable Housing Guarantee Program;
11         increasing the maximum amount of revenue bonds
12         that may be issued by the Florida Housing
13         Finance Corporation under said program;
14         amending s. 760.29, F.S.; providing that a
15         facility or community claiming an exemption
16         from the Fair Housing Act with respect to
17         familial status
