17         Section 179.  Effective January 1, 2002, paragraph (c)
18  of subsection (6) of section 193.461, Florida Statutes, is
19  amended to read:
20         193.461  Agricultural lands; classification and
21  assessment; mandated eradication or quarantine program.--

23         (c)  For purposes of the income methodology approach to
24  assessment of property used for agricultural purposes, the
25  following systems or structures irrigation systems, including
26  pumps and motors, physically attached to the land shall be
27  considered a part of the average yields per acre and shall
28  have no separately assessable contributory value:.
29         1.  Irrigation systems, including pumps and motors.
30         2.  Litter containment structures located on producing
31  poultry farms.

14         structures, and animal waste nutrient
15         containment structures shall be considered a
16         part of the average yields per acre and have no
17         separately assessable contributory value;
