14         On page 5, lines 14-18, delete those lines

16  and insert:  be held liable for civil damages resulting from
17  use or possession of such items. Private or public entities
18  that donate fire/rescue equipment, vehicles, or supplies
19  directly to state, county, or local governmental entities
20  having fire/rescue responsibilities shall not be held liable
21  for civil damages
