17 Section 46. Section 373.621, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 373.621.--Water conservation.--The Legislature
20 recognizes the significant value of water conservation in the
21 protection and efficient use of water resources. Accordingly,
22 consideration in the administration of s. 373.223, s. 373.233
23 and s. 373.236 shall be given to applicants who implement
24 water conservation practices pursuant to s. 570.085 or other
25 applicable water conservation measures as determined by the
26 department or a water management district.
