14 On page 5, between lines 19 and 20,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Effective January 1, 2002, paragraph (c) of
18 subsection (6) of section 193.461, Florida Statutes, is
19 amended to read:
20 193.461 Agricultural lands; classification and
21 assessment; mandated eradication or quarantine program.--
22 (6)
23 (c)1. For purposes of the income methodology approach
24 to assessment of property used for agricultural purposes,
25 irrigation systems, including pumps and motors, physically
26 attached to the land shall be considered a part of the average
27 yields per acre and shall have no separately assessable
28 contributory value.
29 2. Litter containment structures located on producing
30 poultry farms and animal waste nutrient containment structures
31 located on producing dairy farms shall be assessed by the

11 amending s. 193.461, F.S.; providing that, for

13 such assessment, certain litter containment and
14 animal waste nutrient containment structures
15 shall be considered a part of the average
16 yields per acre and have no separately
17 assessable contributory value;
