14 On page 61, line 11, of the amendment

16 insert new section 63:
17 Section 63. Paragraph (f) is added to subsection (3)
18 of section 489.537, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 489.537 Application of this part.--
20 (3) Nothing in this act limits the power of a
21 municipality or county:
22 (f) To require that one electrical journeyman, who is
23 a graduate of the Institute of Applied Technology in
24 Construction Excellence or licensed pursuant to s. 489.5335,
25 be present on an industrial or commercial new construction
26 site with a facility of 50,000 gross square feet or more when
27 electrical work in excess of 77 volts is being performed in
28 order to supervise or perform such work, except as provided in
29 s. 489.503.
