17 Section 26. Any provision of HB 1655 enacted in the
18 2001 regular legislative session which transfers all powers,
19 duties, responsibilities, obligations, liabilities, assets,
20 and definitions currently under part V of chapter 631, Florida
21 Statutes, to the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association and
22 which would repeal part V of chapter 631, Florida Statutes,
23 shall be null and void.
