14 On page 35, between lines 5 and 6,

16 and insert in lieu thereof:
17 Section 15. Subsection (3) of section 440.24, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 440.24 Enforcement of compensation orders;
20 penalties.--
21 (3) In any case where the employer is a self-insurer
22 and fails to comply with any compensation order of a judge of
23 compensation claims or court within 10 days after such order
24 becomes final, the division shall may suspend or revoke any
25 authorization previously given to the employer to become a
26 self-insurer, and the division shall may sell such of the
27 securities deposited by such self-insurer with the division as
28 may be necessary to satisfy such order.
