  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to pari-mutuel wagering;

  3         creating s. 550.73, F.S.; authorizing

  4         pari-mutuel wagering at any time in the state;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Section 550.73, Florida Statutes, is

10  created to read:

11         550.73  Pari-mutuel wagering.--Pari-mutuel wagering on

12  thoroughbred, harness, or greyhound races or jai alai games

13  may be conducted at any time in this state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
