  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to election reform; declaring

  3         legislative intent to revise the Florida

  4         Election Code; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

  9  enact legislation revising the Florida Election Code.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
