18 (4) Treatment-based drug courts may include pretrial
19 intervention programs as provided in ss. 948.08, 948.16, and
20 985.306, Florida Statutes.
21 (5)(a) The Florida Association of Drug Court
22 Professionals is created. The membership of the association
23 may consist of drug court practitioners who comprise the
24 multidisciplinary drug court team, including, but not limited
25 to, judges, state attorneys, defense counsel, drug court
26 coordinators, probation officers, law enforcement officers,
27 members of the academic community, and treatment
28 professionals. Membership in the association shall be
29 voluntary.
