15         On page 3, lines 21-28, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (k)  two members of the Florida House of
19  Representatives, who shall be ex officio, nonvoting members of
20  the council, appointed by the Speaker of the House, one of
21  whom shall be a member of the Republican caucus, and the other
22  of whom shall be a member of the Democratic caucus; and
23         (l)  two members of the Florida Senate, who shall be ex
24  officio, nonvoting members of the council, appointed by the
25  President of the Senate, one of whom shall be a member of the
26  Republican caucus, and the other of whom shall be a member of
27  the Democratic caucus.
