6 College of Nursing the "Louis and Anne Green
7 Alzheimer's Research Center"; designating the
8 Florida Atlantic University Dania Beach Campus
9 facility the "Kenneth C. Jenne Building";
10 designating the observatory at Florida Gulf
11 Coast University the "Evelyn L. Egan
12 Astronomical Observatory"; designating the
13 student and educational center at Florida Gulf
14 Coast University the "Sugden Welcome Center";
15 designating the building at the Women's Soccer
16 and Softball Complex at Florida State
17 University the "Mary Ann Stiles and Barry Smith
18 Team Building"; designating Building 146 at
19 Florida State University, known as the
20 Molecular Biophysics Building, the "Kasha
21 Laboratory"; designating the University of
22 Central Florida's School of Hospitality
23 Management the "Rosen School of Hospitality
24 Management" and the facility that houses said
25 school "Rosen Hall"; designating the new
26 educational program facility at the Florida
27 Museum of Natural History at the University of
28 Florida the "William W. and Nadine M. McGuire
29 Hall"; designating the new alumni center at the
30 University of Florida the "Emerson Alumni
31 Hall"; designating the new accounting building

7 St. Petersburg Campus as the "C.W. 'Bill' Young
8 Marine Science Complex"; authorizing the
9 erection of suitable markers; providing an
10 effective date.

12 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14 Section 1. The new instruction and research building
15 at Florida Atlantic University's College of Nursing is
16 designated as the "Louis and Anne Green Alzheimer's Research
17 Center."
18 Section 2. The Florida Atlantic University Dania Beach
19 Campus facility is designated as the "Kenneth C. Jenne
20 Building."
21 Section 3. The observatory at Florida Gulf Coast
22 University is designated as the "Evelyn L. Egan Astronomical
23 Observatory."
24 Section 4. The student and educational center at
25 Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as the "Sugden
26 Welcome Center."
27 Section 5. The building at the Women's Soccer and
28 Softball Complex at Florida State University is designated as
29 the "Mary Ann Stiles and Barry Smith Team Building."

2 known as the Molecular Biophysics Building, is designated as
3 the "Kasha Laboratory."
4 Section 7. The School of Hospitality Management at the
5 University of Central Florida is designated as the "Rosen
6 School of Hospitality Management" and the facility that houses
7 that school is designated as "Rosen Hall."
8 Section 8. The new educational program facility at the
9 Florida Museum of Natural History at the University of Florida
10 is designated as the "William W. and Nadine M. McGuire Hall."
11 Section 9. The new alumni center at the University of
12 Florida is designated as the "Emerson Alumni Hall."
13 Section 10. The new accounting building at the
14 University of Florida's Warrington School of Business is
15 designated as the "Gary R. Gerson Hall."
16 Section 11. The women's gymnasium at the University of
17 Florida is designated as the "Kathryn Chicone Ustler Hall."
18 Section 12. The marine science complex on the St.
19 Petersburg Campus of the University of South Florida is
20 designated as the "C.W. 'Bill' Young Marine Science Complex."
21 Section 13. The respective universities set forth in
22 this act are authorized to erect suitable markers for the
23 designations made by this act.
24 Section 14. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
25 law.
