14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, between lines 16-17,

17  insert:  
18         (3)  The exemptions provided by this section shall
19  terminate:
20         (a)  One year following the conclusion of any
21  risk-based capital plan or revised risk-based capital plan; or
22         (b)  On the date of entry of any order of seizure,
23  rehabilitation, or liquidation pursuant to chapter 631.
