17 Section 38. This section may be cited as the "Equity
18 in Pay Act of 2001." Pursuant to government reorganization,
19 members of the Legislature shall be paid commensurate with the
20 part-time Educational Policy Analyst position within the
21 Department of Education. Pay shall be calculated at an hourly
22 rate.
