14         On page 2, lines 4 & 5, delete those lines,

16  and insert:  
17         (b)  "Data processing software" means the programs and
18  routines used to employ and control the capabilities of data
19  processing hardware, including, but not limited to, operating
20  systems, compilers, assemblers, utilities, library routines,
21  maintenance routines, applications, and computer networking
22  programs.
