15         On page 2, line 8, after the word "agency."

17  insert:  While prior year report worksheets may be reconciled
18  to the hospital's audited financial statements, no additional
19  audited financial components may be required for purposes of
20  determining the amount of the assessment imposed pursuant to
21  this section other than those in effect on July 1, 2000.
