15 remove from the bill: All of said line

17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 be provided to the Governor, the Commissioner of Education,
19 and to all members of school advisory councils and district
20 advisory councils established pursuant to s. 229.58(1)(a) and
21 (b). Within 45 days after distribution of copies the school
22 district shall hold a public hearing to review the findings
23 and recommendations and accept public input. Members of
24 school and district advisory councils, parents, and teachers
25 shall be given written notice and an invitation to attend the
26 public hearing. This notice is in addition to the notice
27 required by s. 120.525. OPPAGA and the private firm that
28 conducted the review shall also be given written notice and
29 shall attend the public hearing. The public hearing shall be
30 recorded by a mechanical recording device or a court reporter.
