11  Senator Dyer moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 6-20, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:
17         (a)  "Eligible contribution" means a monetary
18  contribution from a corporation, subject to the restrictions
19  provided in this section, to a district school board
20  direct-support organization or an eligible nonprofit
21  scholarship funding organization, if the taxpayer making the
22  contribution does not designate a specific child as the
23  beneficiary of the contribution.
24         (b)  "Eligible nonpublic school" means a nonpublic
25  school located in Florida that offers a general education to
26  K-12 students and complies with the antidiscrimination
27  provisions of 42 U.S.C. s. 2000d.
28         (c)  "Eligible nonprofit scholarship funding
29  organization" means a charitable organization that is exempt
30  from federal income tax pursuant to s. 501(c)(3) of the
31  Internal Revenue Code and that complies with the provisions of

 2         (d)  ""Direct-support organization" means a district
