17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (b)  "Eligible nonpublic school"
18  means a nonpublic school located in Florida that offers a
19  general education to K-12 students and does not discriminate
20  upon the basis of religious conviction, race, color, sex,
21  national origin, or physical disability, except that the mere
22  separation of the sexes shall not be considered
23  discrimination.
